  • Day 1, a success.

ok, first day went well. here is what i ate...

-6 scrambled eggs with hot sauce
    -4 string cheese sticks
    -1 cup of brocolli
-5 fried chicken breasts (just boneless/skinless breasts fried in veggie oil)
-1 can of chicken vienna sausages
    -3 liters of water

mind you, that is spread out throughout the entire day... i ate alot of food today, but the cravings were trying to sway me all day. i have a killer headache too... i'm guessing it's because i didn't drink the 6+ sodas i usually drink.

    opinions/comments?

Good for you for drinking your water and sticking to the 'allowed list', Dan.

What happened to the other 2 cups of veggies from the 2-cup list?

Did you check the ingredients on the vienna sausages can to make sure there were no 'illegal' ingredients?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

eh, the sausages aren't the best idea, i know... but there is 2.5 carbs in the whole can and it's fatty... i was dying and needed something.

also, with the veggies... i know i can still eat 2 more cups of leafy greens... but i have to tell you, the 1 cup of broccoli ate yesterday is far more veggies than i've eatin' in weeks. better some than none.

If you could have some mushrooms or tomatoes or chopped peppers with your eggs that might start to get some veggies in painlessly!

good job on the water so far too!!

Add some lettuce cut the sausages you will lose more in the long run besides I bet if you check the ingredients you will find corn syrup on the list??? which is sugar
