I buy the beef cutlets. They look like they have already been tenderized, but they are even better if you tenderize them yourself. Then I dip each peace in egg, then in the crushed pork rinds, then you fry them on the stove top in veg. oil on about med.high heat. You can even cut them into strips/chunks and have steak fingers/steak nuggets. This is the Atkins Friendly way. It is really easy. And, it tastes just like you dipped it in egg & milk, then into flour with salt/pepper. But the Atkins Friendly way is Carb Smart and healthier. Thanks to you, I can fry just about anything. Fried food is my specialty. I hope this answers your questions.

I just tried the pork rinds recently myself.
I always thought it would taste awful, but i couldnt tell the diffference!

I made my own version of "honey glazed walnut prawns (shrimp)". I "battered" my shrimp, fried them, and made my own little 'glaze' with mayo and splenda, and hot spice and liquid smoke. yummmmmmmmmmmmmm

i tried it the same way with fish and the same glaze... its one of my new favorites... one of the reasons I dont eat it more often id because you have to cook it fresh, and im a complete slave to the microwave...

Hi jimenitayo! I will be trying the shrimp and fish too! I am on mission to get all the great recipes I can. I am addicted to "THE RECIPE HUNT" and it is all because of YOU my friend! Hope all is well in your world.

Also, Hi Cobra Dan. Just checking to see if you have a new dish to try yet!
