Re: frustration has officially set in...

So, Cobradan have you compared your diet and exercise to that which you used when you were losing weight faster? Have you had your menu analysed? How much weight have you lost - at what weight and when did you start, and how much more do you need to lose?Don't give up - just be patient, take a closer look and make adjustments. If you post answers to the above, along with everything you ate/drank/did for exercise yesterday, perhaps you will get some useful feedback.

Dan, my heart goes out to you. Following the exhilirated sheer joy of losing weight so effectively, a stall can be such a bum deal to endure. I just wanted to encourage you to hang in there, keep the faith.

When I hit a stall, I usually turn to the basics:
      Am I drinking enough water?
When I write an honest inventory of all my food and drink intake into FitDay, am I still under my ACE?
Is my caffeine intake over the top?
Would it hurt to add more minutes to my cardio workout? I swear nothing gets my metabolism going better than increasing cardio. The older I get *wince* the more I depend on exercise to keep this WOL working right.
