Loana - I am just like you! I need simple foods. I am a terrible cook and really just do not enjoy cooking. I would definitely add more veggies into your day. If you nervous about eating too many veggies,then climb to rung 1 of OWL and add some more veggies - then you can hang on that level for a while. I found a stuffed green pepper recipe that I love. Do you like green peppers? I will gladly share the recipe. It is so easy, so it fits my bill perfectly. I need to start branching out a little with the foods too. I have been having pretty much the same things everyday.

I got back on and off about 5X to make sure LOL.. I am still in TOM full swing and I ahve not used the bathroom in about 3 days LOL
