What's the rule about Atkins shakes and bars. Are they ok during induciton or should they be held off til later?
I have bought the shakes and could sure drink one for breakfast, but I am literally afraid of that "sweet taste"...because nothing sweet has touched these lips for 11 days...I really don't want to trigger anything, anything at all.
This is the second afternoon I feel washed out, tired, slight headache, and I might actually be working up a small tiny craving! Say a little prayer!

. The worst part is, I LIKE the peanut butter chocolate bars. What I'm doing this time around when I absolutely have to have something like that is eating one of these sugar free lollipops I've got. Takes a while to suck them down, and it cures any needs I have for sugar. Now, if I seem to be stalling I'll drop those as well. I know that sweet foods can trigger the insulin response regardless of sugar.
