I'm really struggling to keep it at the 30 carb intake. I need to space my stuff out with each meal. keeping a pattern may help. yesterday I had the majority at supper because breakfast kept me so full I had a snack for lunch and then piled all my foods on at supper - not good!
Does having a pattern to eating help? How do most folks do it?
I'm thinking:
breakfast: protein and fat
lunch: protein, fat, 1 cup salad
supper: protein, fat, 1 cup salad, 1 cup veggies, additional veggies
snack: berries with whipped cream
This is a little over 30. I'm trying to figure out if I should do meats, fats, veggies, dairy, and fruit daily.. sticking with one food from each rung as I move up or mix and match. That whole food pyramid keeps showing in my head LOL.
Any suggestions?
