    Gosh Rachel, that is a lot to go through! You are doing awesome given the stress that you are under. GREAT JOB!!

    Oh, and I agree that sometimes adding things in one thing at a time is exactly what we need. Maybe I should follow your lead on this one and start adding back in slowly .

      I won't lie - IT'S HARD. It was very important for me to get my eating under control. I'm an emotional eater. I had to have control in some part of my life. Seems after the food was under control the rest seemed easier to tackle. I have a good bit of weight to lose and I know the bulk of it will come off with no problems as long as I keep my carbs in range. The weight loss will slow after awhile with no exercise. By then I"ll have lost enough so that I can exercise and bend and move I really miss my pilates and yoga.

      I figure my stress and worrying is burning enough calories LOL
