    pstansel, maybe you are about to get your period, (I could not resist, it's such a woman type thing!!!!) hang in there buddy, it will pass, that's what we say to each other.

      Well I missed the morning check in. I was up early enough but everyone else was still getting the much needed Z's. As Tammy likes to say "Beauty Rest". Which she is the beauty that I get to rest next to.

      Today was an "ok" day. Sadly I still can't get an accurate read on my scale. I don't really care right now anyway. I just take things one day at a time. The one nice item I have noticed recently is my belt. When I first started working for the County (current job) I couldn't get past notch 1 more less 2. Well today I noticed I can go to 4 without a problem. These are size 58 dress pants. So I feel I have accomplished a few things.

      The word of the month is excersie. That is what I need to get off my lazy bones and work it out so I can do it. I was really considering getting up early in the morning and doing a 15-20 minute walk and then get ready for work. I am on the look out for the excersie equipment but Tammy wants to hold off since the new apartment complex will have a 24hr fitness room we can use.

      How was everyones Thursday so far?
      Mouse? I don't need no stinkin mouse!

        Oh, forgot... I got my vitamin today along with 82oz of water. I need more water. Any other suggestions on making sure I drink plenty of water? I feel as though sometimes I am filling up to much water instead of waiting for it to digest.

          I try to drink 2 glasses with each meal. That's 6 glasses down without even trying. The rest I try to get in during the day. I work on my computer and when I'm proofing my work I drink. It's become such a habit now.
