  • Counting Yogurt

If you eat yogurt, how do you count the carbs? There are some that say 3 or 4 carbs... must I eat those? I had one this morning.. eewww... It was so artificially sweetened.. gross!

I have eaten it before with no problems, just didn't know how to count it and usually ate it at night when I knew my carbs were really low.

    Thanks!

    Re: Counting Yogurt

I cannot have yogurt. It is too sweet for me and too high in carb count. My body can't handle it.

Do a search for yoghurt...there has been alot of posts on it. I think the preferred brand is Blue Bunny.

        Re: Counting Yogurt

When I used to "cheat" when I first did induction and needed something sweet I always liked the WalMart brand yogurt best actually. It's light/sugar free and tastes really good. It's also in a little plastic tub that I can use again, hahaha.

I like Greek Yogurt. But I think that's a story for another time.
