Wow, I love seeing all our new STACers on challenges...Some of you are getting ready for the Weigh, No Weigh. some of you are on the Oct Milage challenge, and did I see one or two of you on Kat's Oct Exercise challenge doing video? I love a challenge to throw myself into. A short term situation, that gives me something to extend my reach for...I am after the mileage one!
That's fantastic. I think we should shoot for a goal of 5lbs down in Oct...
I think we should have a weigh in here, on Nov 1???
Anybody interested...or can you come up with a creative challenge amoungst ourselves that we can use to motivate us thru Halloween...For many of us this will be a challenging time...Me, I still have last yr's candy around here...so that's not going to really rock my world...My bad season is christmas and parties...
It's that zoom-in, zoom-out. You know, what is going on in my world today, and what do I need to start thinking about and preparing for that is coming tomorrow..As the holidays approach, we should all be strengthening our daily routines, our ability to plan, setting goals that make us stronger...We need to be pondering what we will be doing at the holidays, staying in town or going out of town, family settings and dynamics...There is no way I am going to loose it over the holidays this yr...I have such a vision of Jan 1, 2007, and entering the new year in the best shape I have been in, in years, physically, mentally and spiritually!!! No way I am gonna mess it up!
I have been here since Aug 1. I am a newbie. It's just the early days of the rest of my life. Yet I plan and work hard at all these facets so I can be successful and change my life. At each new season, there are things to over come. There are some people I have not seen here since their vacations, and since school started for their children. Holidays and vacations and situations that change, throw us off and many of us get off the plan...i want to be here, Nov1, Dec26, Jan1, Mar14, Aug1 I want to be here, and strong at the one year mark

Holidays are my weakness to...and with the move mid-November, things are going to get REALLY crazy around here...I just have to remember to take time for me and if that time is spent planning my meals and eating right, then it will be time well spent!
