  • Week 1 down and weigh in:

    Today is my 1 week first weigh in and I am down 10 lbs!! It doesnt feel like i lost that much, but i guess so. I only really cheated once during the week, and had an atkins bar yesterday but other than that I have been strict. I also had some drinks Friday night (Volka and Club). I had a really hard week adjusting to the diet but am a lot more positive now so I know I can keep this up.

    That is amazing, Sash - 10 pounds in spite of drinking alcohol which is known to suspend weightloss!!
