      Good morning Man y'all are up and at 'em early. Been rough this week. Stressed and really trying to keep myself from eating too much, even thuogh it's good stuff. Been doing good. Richard STILL hasn't heard about a job and he's getting really super down about it and it hurts my heart to see him like that. He NEVER gets mad at me, but snapped at me a little yesterday, gladly I know it's just that he's stressed. Trying to deal with everything is hard, but Atkins is going good. Looking forwartd to lunch in a few mins....

            Knick, you for got the part where we feel bloated, and thats the sign our cells are getting full and soon will explode into a whooshie, that' s my favorite part.

            I'm tickled at the story, but in all reality, you described something we often miss here, the REASON the scales can't be trusted...and you did not even use the word midochondria ONCE!!!!!
            Somewhere you said that the bloating is a sign!!!! I think this gives so much understanding. We women DO FEEL bloated, and bloating, and it's our cells filling up, CORRECT? and when we say, "retaining water, that's what it means, our cells are holding water...
            I am really working to get this down pat, so I can use it as perfect information against discouragement and frustrations...

              Hi Everyone,


              Glad to see everyone checking in... I am doing well...still tired from all the packing...will it EVER end??? Anyway, I broke and had a drink last night... but it was not so bad...had vodka, heavy cream and sf kaluha...drank like 30 oz of water after and lost a lb! I know I will not be trying my luck again...

              gotto go...working... talk to you soon!

                Jess - yep, i guess I didn't mention bloating, but that is the part where the cells fill up with water. I should rewrite the story!

                Here's the shorter version:

                1) we lose some weight, feel skinny, look skinny, woohoo!
                2) we keep eating low carb
                3) we all of a sudden feel bloated and look smushy, what is going on?
                4) WHOOOOOOOOOOOSH
                5) goto step 1!

                                Too cute! Thanks for the story. Giggling while we jiggling! Yes. IT's true. When you get all mushy.. it's almost time for a whooshie! I am starving today..I will not cheat! This means my fat cells are screaming, "FEED US, WE ARE STARVING! FEED US BEFORE WE GO INTO THE ETHER LAND!" See ya! Wouldn't wanna be ya! I'm staying totally legal to help end their misery faster.
