Hi all, I have a question that is bothering me. I have been cooking my foods in Soybean oil. I went to buy more oil and re-checked out my DANDR to see which one was preferred. While looking through the pages I noticed it says "All other vegetable oils are allowed, the best being canola, walnut, soybean, grapeseed, sesame, sunflower and safflower oils, especially if labeled cold-pressed or expeller-pressed." NOW here is the part that bothered me. The very next sentence says "Do not cook polyunsaturated oils, such as corn, soybean and sunflower oil, at high temperatures or allow to brown or smoke." Everytime I cook in the oil I have cooked at high temperatures!
What does this do??

, and bought canola oil again. It's hard to know who to believe sometimes. And same with coffee in general; good for us, bad for us, good for us, bad for us...
