    I cannot wait until...

    I reach onederland!
    I can feel part of the group and not feel like the "big girl" everywhere I go.
    I no longer worry if my clothes are clinging to my rolls or too tight.
    I can get off my medications.

      ...wear jeans

      ...tuck in my shirts

      ...wear a two piece swimsuit...even a tankini

      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

            Goal is a good way off for me still.. but I love dreaming I want someone to help me with my style, accessories, etc. I want to be a hip mom - not dressing like I'm 20, but not like I'm 80! I want to be able to shop off the rack and not worry so much about trying it on to see where it pulls and hugs! ack!

              You can do it, Rachel. Yes, indeed. I will meet you at the finish line. I got down to goal once two Christmas's ago. I went to Eddie Bauer and bought a pair of size 4 (loose fit) but size four jeans! I also bought a white form fitting sweater to go with it. So sexy, to me anyway. Casual to others, but it was all about fitting. Not dressing like I was 20 or 80, you are absolutely right! I was just dressing like a 37 year old Mom of two who was slender, fit, and a little bit sexy!

              I still have those jeans...
