Tomorrow is December 1. Jess has really made an impression on me with setting goals. I'm learning it's not always about meeting that goal.. it's the reaching for it, that never giving up that keeps you striving.
Start thinking about what you want to strive for in December. What do you want to reach for? It doesn't have to be weight either. Atkins is more to it than just weight loss. I'm learning all about that.
My goals for December:
1. Get in more strength videos.
2. Drink my water on weekends and Wednesdays.
3. Preplan menus a week at a time to ease my stress during the holidays.
4. wrap presents as purchased!
January 1 is around the corner.. where will you be by then??

I NEVER thought I'd love exercise. I really do enjoy it! Those endorphines are like magic pills! Seriously. I've done 1.75 miles today and .. well.. honestly, I could jump on and do more! I love it that much.
