      This evening I updated my picture. Here is what I look like, 12-12-06. I am 40 pounds overweight and on a mission to get the extra poundage off.
      I ate correct today, I drank all my water today. I didn't get my exercise because I helped my mom run errands and ran out of time. I was on the go, but not like exercising.
      We may have to change the holiday from Memorial Day to Memorable Day. Because it is going to be a day to remember. All of us challengers are going to be a sight to behold.
      See you tomorrow! I am hoping to be able to report some weight loss.

        I did everything correct the 12th. But the 13th was another story . I was cooking some things to mail to my DD family for Christmas. I slipped and took a bite of icing. So I had to remove my 9 days cheatfree from my signature. So back to square one. I will get thru the holidays, but I sure will be glad when they are over.

        I will not make a habit of this. Today I did eat correct. I drank my water. I walked one mile around the lake in guymon. I am not dwelling, I am just getting back on track.

            Hey Becky Sue! I don't know if you've tried this or not, but I figured I'd try to help. If you have more holiday cooking to do, try brushing your teeth before you start or chew gum. The clean feeling in your mouth when you brush is much better than the after taste of sugar or other food. Chewing gum distracts me, because I already have something in my mouth.

              Hi Becky Sue, Glad you're right back on track. It's wonderful you noticed you tasted while cooking. Recently, I tried chewing gum while I cooked dinner, and like Gstfox mentioned, I was shocked at how many times I would have put food in my mouth, if I had not been chewing gum. It was only mushrooms, but still, I must have caught myself a dozen times where I would have tasted the food.
