Ive been working my butt off for the last 7 days and Ive started PMS. Im bloated!!!
Im really trying not to get discouraged about it but when I threw on a pair of jeans they were TIGHT!!!! They should be getting looser!! I havent weighed myself today ( no more scale, I cant find it ) but I know that Ive lost 5lbs but how the heck can I get this water weight to disapear?! Im drinking over 100oz of water a day and Im making a huge effort to watch the sodium is there anything else I can do??

. Maybe Ill take some Midol and see if that helps.
