  • Thanks ADDB!

Hello all! I have neglected to come to this board for a couple of weeks as I have become too busy with exercise, classes, and the domestic front. I love this board because the members are so supportive and this site has given me so much of an incentive to get to my goal. I was being unrealistic in my goals as far as dates were concerned, but I have not lost my battle.

It has been 45 days and I have lost 12 lbs. My exercise routine is much more rigid and my eating patterns have become used for the sake of giving my body fuel. I am now 167lbs. I have steadily kept it off.

Wow...I am getting closer to my birthday on the 3rd of February and hope to get to 165. After that I give myself 2 months to get to my next goal. I am trying to get to 150-145 by March 30th. I want to get my BMI to 20-22. I am at 30.

I exercise 4x's / week 30 mins cardio on an eliptical trainer and 5- 8 mins of abdominal exercises in the morning. I also consume fiber pills as this is neccesssary for our digestive process. I take 4 pills with every meal and that helps with my body's elimination process because we don't get much fiber on this diet.

By this summer I plan to be on a moderate intake of carbs and exercise routine which will blow up my metabolism.

Thanks to all of the great members who are constantly giving support and giving hope to people who have a certain goal in mind, but need that extra support.

Congrats on your losses, your goals & your positive attitude! I have one question though - you say that we don't get much fiber on this diet...what veggies are you eating? I eat WAY MORE fiber on this WOE than I ever did on any other diet/eating plan and find that I need to supplement fiber less and not more. Best wishes for continued success!

Hey girl, you sound soooo squared away and organized! Your losses are reflective of how hard you are working how devoted you are and how cool to be crusing slowly right towards your mini goals....FANTASTIC!
