Welcome mrsmom. Boy can I relate to your story. I went up 2 sizes in clothing in about 6 months. I did the same thing as you. I looked at myself in the dressing room and thought why is it so hard for me to achieve something I want so much. So here I am, again, and feel better than ever. This WOE is the way to go.

LuckyD - Thanks for the welcome. The dressing room reality check is a sobering experience! What is it with those mirrors and the lighting.
I can't wait for the day I can look forward to trying new things on. Actually, I can't wait until I can fit back into the clothes that I've got in my closet! Right now many of my clothing items conjure up feelings of uncomfortableness and inability to button the button!
