          Well actually, the SF jello is frowned-upon. Jello brand uses aspartame which can stall many people. It's a "your mileage may vary" kind of thing. I've eaten jello in the past and I don't think it had any ill effects, but for many it will.

          You can make your own gelatin with splenda. I think Linda has some recipes...

          Also, do NOT buy cool whip or any of that junk. Make your own whipped cream using heavy cream and a bit of sweetener. It's better for you and tastes a million times better.

            You can eat whatever you want off of the acceptable foods list. You don't have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast or dinner foods for dinner. On induction, my favorite dinner was an omelette with bacon.
            LMBO...I tried to eat some tuna for breakfast once...and no offense taken...lol it was yuk!!!! I couldn't even finish it...

            last night we tried the Texas Onion Pie off Lindas site...and it was really really good...the only problem is it calls for 1 cup of heavy cream...so it is kinda rich and one 1/8 piece will completely do ya if ya eat a veggie with it...anymore than that and it will give ya a belly ache...lol just ask dh...

              I haven't made the texas onion pie. I did make the white castle hamburger pie, and that was pretty decent. It's surprising to me even 8 months in how much a small amount of food will fill up a person. My eyes are STILL bigger than my stomach!

                Something else I've noticed... I'm eating a lot slower. I used to eat way too fast and now I'm taking my time and enjoying it.
