    Breakfast for me:
    2 scrambled eggs
    sm. ice coffee decaf with 1 splenda & cream

    Lunch?????? Any ideas, I am working today!

    For breakfast I had homemade sausage (Scooter's recipe and it's delish!) and 2 scrambled eggs.

    Lunch is going to be tuna and mayo on top of a spring mix salad.

      Good Morning for bfast i had a scrambler, i used sausage, eggs, mushrooms, and a little cheddar cheese, it was delicious. For lunch, im going to make a very small salad, and two baked pork chops, the reason for the small salad is im going out to dinner tonight to a steak house and i will want a salad with my steak and another legal veggie.

        For breakfast i had 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and two slices of bacon with a coupla mushrooms....

        Thats prolly gonna do me til dinner time so i might miss lunch or just have a snack of a couple of Jalapeno poppers that ive got readily made in the freezer.

          Lunch--crab spinach dip with a few whole grain crackers, jicama cubes, 1 oz. pepperjack cheese

            for breakfast I had a cup of black coffee and string cheese

            for lunch it will probably be tuna and mayo with a chopped green onion and creole seasonin wrapped in a lettuce leaf...yummy

            for supper were havin pork ribs...with homemade low carb bbq sauce and sauteed baby spinich with sauteed green onions, garlic and mushrooms
            and a lettuce and cheese with ranch dressing salad

                  Breakfast (Taken to work) was bacon, mushroom, chopped boiled egg. Sprinkle of cheese, black pepper and a blob of mayo! It was gorgeous!

                  Lunch was baby spinach leaves, chopped red pepper, slices of roast beef, mayo, chilli flakes and another sprinkle of cheese!

                  No idea what I'm having for tea....not hungry at all yet!

                    2 Eggs
                    1 oz cheese
                    1/2 cup mushrooms
                    1/2 cup peppers

                    Lunch
                    2 Cups Spinach Leaves
                    1/2 cup Mushrooms
                    1/4 cup peppers
                    1/4 cup Cucumbers
                    1 oz cheese
                    3 T homemade ranch dressing.

                    Snack (Later) 8oz can Tuna in water!

                    I love eating this way!!

                      I am not sure...I am thinking that I will make Tuna fish and have it w/ a cup of salad and maybe some celery w/ cream cheese for a snack if I am still hungry.

                        Breakfast - I actually FORGOT to eat this morning! I realized it about 9:30, so had one of my snacks...5 cubes of cheddar cheese.

                        Lunch - green beans, red peppers & summer squash. hamburger patty with blue cheese.

                        Dinner - salad tonight!

                            Breakfast was a leftover piece of Tilapia and a piece of cheese
                            Lunch was chicken fijitas - I sauteed onion, peppers, and tomatoes in olive oil and garlic and then add strips of chicken. Topped with some organic salsa and sourcream, very delicious!
