Good Morning for bfast i had a scrambler, i used sausage, eggs, mushrooms, and a little cheddar cheese, it was delicious. For lunch, im going to make a very small salad, and two baked pork chops, the reason for the small salad is im going out to dinner tonight to a steak house and i will want a salad with my steak and another legal veggie.

For breakfast i had 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and two slices of bacon with a coupla mushrooms....
Thats prolly gonna do me til dinner time so i might miss lunch or just have a snack of a couple of Jalapeno poppers that ive got readily made in the freezer.
Breakfast--cottage cheese with almonds and sliced strawberries
Lunch--crab spinach dip with a few whole grain crackers, jicama cubes, 1 oz. pepperjack cheese
for breakfast I had a cup of black coffee and string cheese
for lunch it will probably be tuna and mayo with a chopped green onion and creole seasonin wrapped in a lettuce leaf...yummy
for supper were havin pork ribs...with homemade low carb bbq sauce and sauteed baby spinich with sauteed green onions, garlic and mushrooms
and a lettuce and cheese with ranch dressing salad

Breakfast was a leftover piece of Tilapia and a piece of cheese
Lunch was chicken fijitas - I sauteed onion, peppers, and tomatoes in olive oil and garlic and then add strips of chicken. Topped with some organic salsa and sourcream, very delicious!
