    Hey all!

    Well it's a snow-covered day here in MT--school was actually dismissed 2 hours early yesterday because of the weather. No cancellations today, but boy the drive in to work was fun. <grumble>

    Today I'm taking it easy, though I really didn't overwork myself at all yesterday. Boot Camp class was cancelled, and when I found out, I just went home. Luckily I'd run a mile as a warm-up beforehand, so at least I did SOMETHING yesterday! Today is my day off from exercise, and I'm going to enjoy going home and vegging out. Hopefully I won't be ravenous today like I was yesterday.

    I brought good foods, lots of water, my vitamins and I'm set for the day. Have a good one, guys!

      Awe Sheepie...sorry. I wouldn't be too upset though because it could be that flucuating thing hitting you today. My 2nd week I bounced up and down a 1/2 lb almost and I was feeling really discouraged. Just stick with it and I am betting you will see a whoosh. Definately post your menu for others...it could help you pinpoint something you overlooked.

      Its a rainy day...my bright spot was losing another lb overnight. 10.6lbs to go until I hit my 1st mini goal. I am trying to muster my courage to try on my size 18 jeans to see how close I am to zipping them up. lol

          Checking in! Thats great that all of you are running. I prefer walking myself... I guess im just not that fast paced lol Im still smoking a little bit too so that doesnt help...but i have cut back!! I finally got a whole day off from both jobs ( dunno how I managed that! ) so Ive got bunches of things to be doing! See you all later!!!

            Afternoon everybody. I feel like i have been on speed for the last few days. My ketones are in the high and i have more energy than i know what to do with. yesterday i spent 4 hours cleaning my garge, car and kitchen, not to mention i also completely rearanged my garage ontop of cleaning. I have been so "awake" that its hard for me to fall asleep at night, even if i have busted butt doing other things. Im on week 4 now and feel great. I never checked my weight before i started this. I just guestamated and appearently i was i off so im taking it for what it is. last wednsday i was 366...saturday i was 361 so five lbs in 3 days. today im gonna weight in again to see what my 3 day average is going to be. Hang in sheepie, your body will catch up to your state of mind and start shedding quicker. Next tiem you think you havent loss enough weight, go find something that weights the same as what you have loss and take it for a walk......then you will be able to see just how valuble those lost lbs realy are.
            You never let me down, and you were always there when i needed you....I miss you Beer.

                Hi everyone. Walking an hour each day. My two weeks induction are over, and have lost 8 pounds so far. I'm sure it's water but hey my clothes are getting looser. Hope everyone is having a good day today.

                  Checking in and feeling great! Been exercising for the past 3 days and cutting down to about 10 net carbs/day. Energy is through the roof and stix are bright purple still, so I'm feeling quite motivated. So much energy in fact, that I have the worst time falling asleep at night now LOL Not too much of an appetite anymore either! I know my belly fat is shrinking since my chest actually sticks out farther than my gut now YAAAAY!!

                    HI everyone, just checking in, i know kinda of late but late is better than never right!!! I have had a great day and got my walking in even in the thunderstorm that started that i got drenched in, in the middle of my walk lol.
