    Don't be bummed. Tain't worth it. Very few things in this life are.

    As long as you're losing or at least not gaining, that's enough. As long as you're trying, that's enough. The time to get bummed is if you give up on yourself and stop trying.

    For myself, there is no secret to how fast I'm getting rid of it. Maniacal adherence to the diet (outside of my coffee. Coffee keeps me out of jail. Without coffee I'd club some of these clods like baby seals and there are some terribly misguided laws about that sort of thing ), lots and lots of hydration, some exercise. Get enough sleep.

    I know it's not much, but I hope this helps at least a little bit.

      Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a great day so far. Not much time just dropping in for a few minutes. Major concerns over Easter. Hoping the temptations won't be overwhelming.
