That's all I have to say. My stomach is tore up and I'm retaining about 4lbs of water. Yuck.

Hang in there girl, it will pass, and then you can settle back into induction! Soon that water weight will go away as Ketosis comes back! hang in there, keep your focus and work throught this, and it will be a big lesson and thing of the past!74 8/1/06

Without knowing alot, I'm assuming that you went and ate something you wish you hadn't. Those days come and go for all of us. Now you know better, and next time you'll do better. Isn't that what Oprah always says. Something like that anyway.
You're up to doing better, or you wouldn't be here. You got yourself this far all by yourself. Just get back on track, and do whatever it was you did before to lose those 14 pounds. Trust in yourself.

I had a bad day today too. I ate things that I shouldn't have. I am going to **** aren't I? LOL only kidding. I do feel bad about what I did though, I should have known it is Friday the 13th. All kidding aside I am glad I am not the only one going through this. We will jump back on the bandwagon together and keep going forward.

What a good thread of great advice. Maybe we all don't slip up, but I know I have, and it's so important to stop it as soon as it starts. And write down the times you DON'T eat the bread, you DON'T eat the candy, and anytime you didn't. That's important to see. Today I did NOT eat hot dog buns. Sounds small, but I saved myself, and I feel great about it. Stay strong because you will make it!

I think this is one of the GREAT things about this community. There's someone here that has been where you are, done what you have done and will help you through it. It makes it so much easier to move on, leave the bad days behind and focus on what you're going to do today to change.Heather
