    Re: Evil Co-Worker

I admit, it does motivate me some, it makes me want to lose weight, and get healthy just to prove her wrong! She is a very LOUD person by nature, so it makes it even worse when she starts her talking since we are all in cubicles. I probably looked like a deer in headlights this morning when she offered me the chocolate and I told her I was on atkins. I just don't want to hear her mouth every day telling me what I am doing wrong, and what she is doing right.

She sounds jealous and insecure and very, very toxic to be around. You have every right to politely say to her to mind her own business. Or you could ask her "Why does my personal weight loss journey interest you so much?" I would as another poster said to let your HR deptartment know as well. Just so they have something on paper in case she becomes unbearable in the future. Rude people expect you to be rude back because they dont know any different. Politely shut her down. I am sure that your coworkers have her 'number' as well and probably cant stand her ways anymore than you can. Good Luck!
