      I'm going to have to start doing that (going to the potty right when I get to the store) cuz I was halfway through my shopping when the urge hit and I couldn't take the cart and my baby in with me (she was being a maniac) so I had to hurry up and rush out of there!

      I am looking forward to dinner tonight. I'm trying to make a chicken parmesan with a "breading" made of parm cheese and italian spices, and I have a low carb tomato sauce I love - then top with mozzarella and have a side salad! Can hardly wait for dinner - yum!

        Well I don't have the baby..so that helps me...lol But today I was at Walmart and I went before I started shopping...and then I had no one with me to watch my groceries after I purchased them so I was a running in the bathroom when I got home too...lol

        Speaking of Groceries... Why do they have to be so darn expensive?!

          I know! I bought hardly anything at Target and it was still $77! I'm DYING to make some filet mignon but I refuse to pay so much for them unless they are on sale at my local grocery store....hopefully they'll have a sale soon.....

                  When they have a good sale, buy the whole tenderloin and they should slice it for free and then you can freeze the extra. Yes, it's expensive, but per pound it's cheaper to buy the whole thing.

                      I use an egg wash of egg and a dash of cream, then coat with pork rinds and it stays on just great. Had fried chicken for dinner tonight as a matter of fact.

                        Mmmm fried chicken! Here is what I ended up doing - whisked an egg white with Italian seasonings (the McCormick kind) and then I melted a little butter and added that in there and mixed well. Flattened the chicken breasts, dredged in the egg mix then in parm cheese and then pan fried flipping until done. Then I put it in the toaster oven with the sauce and mozzarella on top to broil - it was SO good!

                          Wow! I love this thread! This is so much fun - and keeping my mind off the cravings!

                          The last time I was on Atkins, I remember being on ketosis and I could tell right away when something I ate had sugar in it. I would always feel nauseous. I never wanted any carbs at all. Can't wait for that to happen again this time!
