    I'm here! I just made the mini induction pumpkin cheesecakes and omg do they smell GOOD! They are chillin' in the fridge waiting for later - yummmy! And the good thing is, the dishes I baked them in are small, so instead of 6 servings, the recipe made 7 so the carb count goes down woo hoo! Now to resist squirting them with Redi-Whip

    I am sooo excited for Sunday to weigh in and take my two week measurements. While my belly (worst area) still remains large, it has definitely gotten smaller and I'm excited to get the results and move on to OWL!

        Good day everyone! Just checking in and can see by reading some of you are dragging butt today... same here, but have cheer tomorrow is FRIDAY! Yeah!

        Getting a little discouraged as the scales aren't moving, but hanging in. This is usually the period I lose my motivation and wonder why I keep plugging away dieting when nothing is happening. But, trying to stay postive. Hope everyone has a great day.

          Hey, y'all. I'm very late today - I have been trying to check in by 7am, but today was crazy!

          I'm very happy because the pants I put on this morning are normally a little tight but this morning they are definitely looser!! WOOHOOOOO! I was in a very good mood today!

          Those pumpkin cheesecakes sound very good! Might have to try one of those!

            Well I am back for the afternoon....lol.. Just checking in again.. Day is going good.. I decided today that I love this woe.....Why? Cause I can Eat the skin on my chicken and the fat on my steak!...lol I baked some chicken today and you know the skin gets all crispy...YUM.. My favorite..lol

            Now the bad part.. My son sat in front of me and ate a piece of Carrot cake

              I forgot something.. Today I sent a picture of me taken yesterday with my new niece to my sister.. now she hasn't seen me since last August...I was 20lbs lighter then I am now and she said I look like I have lost weight Hey I will take it

                    Woo hoo it's always a good feeling when people notice! I ate one of my cheesecakes today as my midday snack and it was sooooo good! Way better than the one I used to make, less carbs (less Splenda) and none of that Splenda aftertaste. I ate it plain but later when I can have more cream I'll add whipped heavy cream on top. A great snack that I didn't feel guilty eating since it was a veggie

                        It's on that page. I made mine go further by using 1/2 cup capacity glass baking ramekin type things. Also I used 8 packets of Splenda and also put in 3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and left out the nutmeg as I don't have any on hand. DELISH!

                          Better late than never!

                          I'm here, finally. Today was a work day, and it feels good to get off of my feet (stand up all day) and visit with my buds.

                          As you may have seen in other posts, I am on Day 4 of using Fitday and I love it. I can't believe I resisted using it for so long. One thing's for sure... I have to really work to get in the amount of net veggie carbs I want.

                          Julie, I can't believe the weather you're having. This southern girl couldn't take it... reached 85 degrees here today.

                          Well, I just heard hubby walk in the door. I'll see y'all later.

                            LOL... I forgot bacon cause I haven't eaten it since the weekend...lol I have just been on a egg kick for breakfast.. Oh my gosh the skin on a deep fried turkey now that would be awesome!
