      Hey Jess, I'm here too, although my day is almost over. Had another good day, no cheats, and induction almost over. Day 12! Where did it go? Feeling really good and very focused.
      Thanks for the inspiring words, and its spurred me on to make some mini goals for myself. I know what my longterm goal is, but really I should break it down for myself.

        I feel so energized after the 2.82 mile hike my boyfriend and I did this morning. The Triangle area (North Carolina) has amazing trails, and I'm lucky to have a boyfriend who likes the outdoors. For my birthday we're going out to Boone by where he went to school and doing some REAL rugged outdoorsy stuff! I can't wait.

          I'm here too. I sorta think I might have a yeast problem. I haven't researched it enough, but I did go buy oil of oregano today. Did some shopping. Played with the kids outside. Cleaned out the car...that should count as a workout!! I think I'll clean off the patio table and we'll eat outside tonight. Then my 45 minute walk. This is my first week walking. I'm aiming for 5 times a week and tonight will be the 5th time this week. I'm even looking at ipods. I can't believe it!
