Thank goodness I did measurements or else today I would have been very disappointed
I lost 7 lbs the first week and only .5 lbs this week. However, my measurements speak for themselves
April 8 - 136.5 Bust - 40 Chest - 33 Waist - 34.5 Hips - 39.3 Thigh - 21 Arm - 10.5
April 22 - 129 Bust - 38 Chest - 32 Waist - 31 Hips - 37 Thigh - 19 Arm - 9.5
I'll take it
So now I guess it's on to OWL Rung 1

! Now I wished I would have taken all my measurements by hook or by crook! Those are great numbers!

Keeping the veggie intake up will be the hard part, so I might have to check out that veggie challenge even though I don't like many of them
