      I am 5'1 and small boned so the 25-30 extra pounds I was carrying is like 60-80 extra on a taller person. 5 lbs on my body is a big difference unfortunately

          Skinnymom, you and I are the same height! I know exactly what you're saying about an extra few pounds. Doesn't look so great on a small frame does it?

              Well they aren't falling off me yet....my waist is still WAY too big so I only am noticing it in the tightness of my shirts across my chest and the tightness of my pants across my butt and thighs. Waists are still tight

              MorningGlory it IS amazing the difference, a woman who is 5'5 can gain 5lbs and you'd never know it. When shorties like us gain 5 lbs, that's practically a jump in clothing sizes sometimes

                I'm just barely 5'3 so I understand what you mean!!!! Keep up the great work!!! You must look fabulous right about now with all the weight gone!!!

                  In defense of us a little taller...lol There is a bad advantage.. When some people lose 10lbs they lose a dress size.. Not me.. who is 5'5.. I have to lose like 30 to go down a dress size...lol
