        lost 10 lbs in one week. impressive. day 8, not quite finished yet, but i'm 100% sure i won't have any problems finishing it.

                    day 8... damn i'm hungry. can't seem to get enough to eat today. oh well, tis better to eat a couple extra eggs or burger then an ice cream cone.

                      ok, so i've been wanting to make my own sausage for a long time now... finally got around to looking up a recipe...

                      i prepared the meat tonight and now it's sitting in the fridge. i'll cook it up in patties tomorrow and see how it goes. i'm pretty excited about it.
                      i think i'm starting to take a wrong turn here... so i need to buckle down and watch what i'm eating.
                      seems the past couple days i've tried to slip in the extra cheese and way too much soda. i'll drop back on that and see how i feel.

                      Day 9 starts tomorrow.

                          Yep... I find that some days I eat all day long..and then some days I have to push myself to have a little something.. I personally think its better that way cause your body doesn't get the exact same calories a day and hold on too it

                            Sounds like a good plan.. When I start to get bored.. I just start going through the recipe page on here and plan something new and different to eat
