        Kristy, check this out...the girl next to me orders candy for the whole office and 1/2 her desk is covered in jolly ranchers, twizzlers, nips, butterscotch, lifesavers, chery sweet tarts, spree, and anything else you can think of that is pure sugar!!!

              Yes...Poison! One twizzler could very well kill me! No worries...I leave at 5pm on the dot and just drank a whole bottle of water to drown my sugar cravings...hope there is not much traffic on the way home...lol! Thanks and i am sorry you work so close to Willy Wonka.

                  They tend to stall my weight loss and I love them so much I end up having one every day and sometimes even another at lunch...do a search for atkins shakes and bars on the whole adbb site and you can read all the pros and cons but more people are against them than for them...during induction anyway...oops! 5pm!                     Well I went and got takeout at Five Guys Burgers - got me a double cheeseburger (ditched the bun) and dh got fries - only THE best fries in the WORLD but I didn't touch 'em.

                    And I too, have a very unnatural love of sour cream!

                        Oh it was HARD. But their burgers are sooo yummy (freshly made for you and beef is 100% never frozen no fillers) so it was fulfilling. I NEEDED takeout. I get tired of my own cooking and haven't had takeout in over two weeks.

                          The lab down the hall from mine has a girl who makes cakes, breads, pastries...you name it for everyone on the floor. it was so hard for me at first to walk by and have to smell it. its still not easy but its getting better. I have never really liked sweets, so i dont have a problem with not having them, but bread is my true weakness. before atkins my usual breakfast was a pinch off a fresh french baguette with some butter. thats really what i miss most.

                            I know I LOVE LOVE LOVE bread! That and pasta I could eat it for breakfast lunch, dinner AND snack. BUT i have been following SBD since January (Ahem, for the most part) and have not had pasta in forever. Funny thing, my cubbard is full of it, but one box of whole wheat pasta I am saving for when I can have a very small amount. Now I am following Atkins of course because I was always hungry on SBD.

                              Oh yah my usual breakfast was a homeade (at the small family owned market around the corner) BREAKFAST SANDWICH! UGH! Sausage, egg and cheese on and english muffin.
