    Good Morning STACer's,

    WOW it was pretty quiet in here yesterday. Summer is almost here, hopefully everybody is out there exercising and eating right.

    But remember, to quote John Lennon, 'life is what happens while you're busy making other plans'. Remember to stop and smell the roses along the way!

    I know we're all busy, I personally know about BUSY, so make sure you reward yourself with a little YOU time. A walk, time to read, time to post.

    That's just my offering for the day.

    I'm having a great morning so far - have gym and biggest meal of the day under my belt already. Bought some smaller clothes which always makes me smile.

      Good Morning Everyone.. I am here... Weather is really nice around here I love Spring...hate the Pollen though

      This afternoon we are heading over to my daughters friends house.. they are fixing us dinner but its not carb friendly so I will be taking something for me.. I am not willing to screw up my weightloss.

      What is really strange...is this time.. I feel like I am there.. I feel like I am going to continue...I am going to get skinny.. Yesterday coming out of the grocery store.. I felt skinnier Don't know if it shows yet...lol

        Yay on the smaller clothes I can't wait until that happens.. Well it won't happen for a while cause I think I have tons of smaller clothes in my closet...lol What I am wearing now is too loose but I am not ready to go into the next size...but its coming

          Good morning everyone. Last night my walk was only 15 minutes and I ran the last part...there was the most frightening, amazing-looking storm rolling in. I've never seen anything like it. I ran down half our street because I was sure I was going to either be struck by lightening or blown away in a tornado! I thought after a few weeks of walking I was doing better, but I was really out of breath. Safe, dry, panting, exhilarated! I just checked weather for the next 10 days and it looks like good walking weather for the next week. Sorry to give a weather report everyday, but it really affects my day and my outlook. I love a good storm, but it really messes up my exercise since I like to do it outside.

            Scooter, I would have kept you company yesterday, but I decided I should probably do some work, which my boss appreciated, lol.

            Sandy, you'll be getting into those smaller clothes before you know it. I love you walking out of the grocery store feeling thinner.

            Sheepie, I love storms myself, but only to watch, not to walk/run in.

            I am still stuck at the same number on those dratted scales, so I cut out cheese and made the two cups of coffee I usually drink decaf. But at least I am not grumpy and hungry all the time!

              I'm here. Made the mistake of getting on the dumb scale and no loss.....but that's to be expected. I just keep chanting "weightloss is not linear, weightloss is not linear" HA HA HA!

              House cleaning day today, so that is where I'll be!!

                good morning!
                We're having stormy weather too. The trees are finally starting to bud out now that winter is really gone~~we have a little squirrel family who lives in our back yard and they're out and hungry too so we have "squirrel food" on our grocery list. ha ha.
                I signed up for the May Mileage Challenge....any of you interested? You pledge how many miles you anticipate walking, running or biking for one month and then you come in and record it for the day. Keeps you on track.

                I have to get to work, so see you later.

                  Good morning everyone! I am having an awesome morning. Finished day 9 of Power90, and feel great!! Yesterday, I did all of my housework, so today I have nothing to do, now that is nice. I hope everyone has a great day!

                    Morning *Yawn* boy are my little arms and legs tired, what a wimp I am. I did the VERY easy 1 mile walk dvd with strethie band thing does not feel so easy today. The Grandbaby loved it tho, she is not so good at walking in place could only pick up one foot and do a little kick while holding onto the table, it was a crackup LOL, Salad went bad so I have to eat salad out today, should be fun. will still pack some snacks. The scales not moving but the remeasure for the exercise 6 week challenge is next week I think because this is the 6th week. getting rdy for work cyas later have a GREAT Wednesday.

                        I'm there! Need to get on the bike here shortly and get that first 5 miles in. We have a nice day here today. Lots to do, including yardwork that I just don't seem to get at.

                        I'm really missing the organized way my meals were planned last week. I'm not eating enough to be so full that I want NO food. So that's one of the things I have to do today.

                          Hey all! It's a beautiful day in Montana, and I hope I have a beautiful day at work, too. Tonight is Kickboxing class, so I'm hoping I have lots of energy for it! I'm signed up for the May mileage challenge, pledging 100 miles. Last month I got 132/100 miles, 74 of which were RUNNING miles! I'm going to try for at least 80 miles running this month.

                            I'm here, I'm on plan. 66 ounces of water already down the hatch.

                            Tonight is weight lifting night. Going to work on my upper body. Pushups, Dips, Abs, plus a little bit of weight work.

                              Morning, All...

                              Yep, I've been pretty busy, too. I didn't check in here on the roll call for the past couple of days, which is very unlike me. It's just that I seem to be so behind on housework (ugh, I hate it), so I've been trying to get some of that done. Also, here in Baton Rouge, the kids only have 13 school days left before they are out for the summer and I have really had to stay on my 11 year old son's a$$ to get some big projects done... gosh, he hates school. Part of me will be glad when I can take a break from standing over him with a whip to get school work done. Another part dreads hearing "I'm bored" all day long.

                              Well, I'm off to do some walking. Hope all of you have a great day!
