            hi everyone, happy wednesday!

            Just checking in. Wanted to share that I made it to the bar last night cheat free!! I resisted the offer to help my friend finish potato skins, refused drinks, and had a really great time.

            This morning there was a work pizza party, too. I managed to turn down pizza (for the second time this week....what is it with everyone offering pizza!?) and went to the cafeteria to make a salad instead. It was funny too, because my salad turned out to be really satiating and much more rewarding than the pizza would have been. :P

            Just a quick question though-- yesterday I went down to the courts to play tennis, but I was rather drained. Any ideas for a really quick low-carb energy boost?

                  Having climbed back on, I found mass cooking on Sunday nights then freezing the portions is a huge help during the week. That's why I think I'll be on now for good!

                    I believe I'll be doing that, too. I got everything ready for the Veggie Challenge Week on Sunday, and what a breeze that whole week was. We finish up and I've been struggling since.

                      Hello all, late, but in. Just don't seem to have time to get on the puter in the mornings before work lately. I'm just checking in quickly, weather is nicer today and I can actually get out and walk this evening. We had big rainstorms the last 2 days, so I am looking forward to a walk for a mile or two . Spring is in full force here in East Texas, and it's beautiful out here. Hope everyone has a great evening!
