hi all--
good morning (morning by college standards= 12:30 pm)
nothing much to report here. going well. day 5 cheat free (go me!).
yesterday I got a great swim workout in, but again--disappointed with how winded i get!! I was remembering when I was swimming competively and would have 2 and half hour workouts in without feeling too drained. But it's ok. I really pushed myself for a half hour last night, did a yoga & ab routine and felt good. My boyfriend said I had a nice workout "glow".
Today's a run day. Beautiful day for it too!

i also meant to ask, what instruments do you play for your gigs?
