  • Sunday Check In

    Good Morning Everyone! I thought I would start the Sunday check in since I am up early and will be gone all day.

    I have to tell you...after going to the movies yesterday and just having water (that I snuck in..lol) we went to Cheeburger Cheeburger.. and I was going to get the Cheeburger Salad.. But then I looked at the menu and saw that they had a Patty Melt.. I LOVE a Patty Melt So I ordered that with a Side Salad.

    While I was pigging out...I told my daughter and her friend.. Man this is such a hard diet...lol I actually ate too much but it was so good.. The kids had a big basket of French fries and Onion rings... And you know it didn't even bother me...

    Today we are off to Church.. The one we are going to is the one my daughter attends for Youth on Sunday nights but we are going for morning services cause its Youth Sunday.. We have to take a Ferry to go over there.. Going to go out to lunch at that Italian Restaurant... and then hang out for a while..Dinner will be at the church.. I know they are having Hamburgers and Hotdogs.. So I am preparing and taking some salad stuff for me in a cooler

    Sounds like a great day! Maybe you should sneak some low-carb ketchup in your purse!

    Not much going on here. Feeling a little dehydrated and I'm scared to weigh myself. So don't? Have to. Addicted to the scale. After church I'm going to plant a bunch of flowers that I bought yesterday. Instead of dignified red, I bought all hot pink!

    I hope you all have a great day today! Looks like it's going to be gorgeous.

      Good for you Sandy! Isn't it amazing how other food doesn't bother you? It still shocks me!!!

      Sheepie, I'm a scale addict too

      But, I hit 10 pounds today! It only took 5 and a half weeks...lol, but I am thrilled!

      Have to go to a family wedding tonight, and NOT looking forward to it...not b/c of food, that I can handle, it's some of my family that I can't...OY!!!! Gonna be a looooooooooooong night!!!

          Well cakes and desserts still bother me...lol Fortunately when we eat out no one gets them..they are too full. My 14 year old still eats Kids Meals...lol

          YAY on the 10lbs off... That averages out to 1.5-2lbs a week Think how if you lose that each week you will reach your goal

          I hear you on the family..sometimes I like to move far away...lol

            Good Morning Everyone, just checking in real quick, gotta get my day started. Well today is the day my family is getting baptised, so excited. I have my mil here and my sister and her fiance to share the moment with, they will be going with us to church this morning. Not much else planned for today!!! Will check in later.

              Good morning, all! A quick check-in before I head to the store for groceries and the newspaper. I wound up eating some baked beans at the event yesterday with my chicken but I avoided EVERYTHING else they had there, including the cake. I even brought my own water. My friend and I went to a restaurant last night and split a chef salad that was really tasty! Radishes, black olives and green peppers added to it in a big hurry.

              So today is totally get back on track... I haven't been working out the way I need to, got to get foods and meal plans ready for the next week, drink my water the way I must. It's very blustery out so no bike ride again. GOT to do extra workouts inside today.

              So not much time for chit-chatting. Got to keep this body moving!! Oh, I want to celebrate, though, I wore my size 22s yesterday (started out in 26 or 28 and bought a t-shirt that is only ("only"?) x-large. It's definitely happening and I'm so pumped up! Oh, even better yet, the leg feels really good today and is very cooperative! THAT is a HUGE blessing for me!!

                    Morning all! Not to much planned for today, but we had a blast at the zoo yesterday and I must have walked like six miles! Yes! I have been noticing though, that I'm having a hard time eating. Like, at all. Yesterday all I had was a hot dog w/low carb ketchup and a salad. I wasnt hungry, so I didnt eat and food has been making me gag for the past couple days. I dont know. Anyway, have a great day all!

                      good morning and checking in! A truly gorgeous day in Carolina (except pollen is blowing everywhere again...).

                      No special plans except seeing Spiderman at Imax this afternoon and some house stuff. I love Sundays!

                      I restart my sit-up program today. Was doing 75 or so a day, and then got sick and stopped. Back at it as of today. I want a REAL waistline this year! And gonna be better about drinking my water.

                      Hope all of your events go well and enjoy this day we've been blessed to see!
