Today was day one it could have been better
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, with one slice of cheese
Lunch: salad with lettuce, scalions,cucumber, and roast beef on top with italian dressing
SNACK: chicken salad
(some orbitz gum to save me from eating chips or crap, that I was ever so craving, and crystal light 16oz)
Dinner chicken and broccoli with parmasean
what do you think?????
