    Today was day one it could have been better

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, with one slice of cheese

    Lunch: salad with lettuce, scalions,cucumber, and roast beef on top with italian dressing

    SNACK: chicken salad

    (some orbitz gum to save me from eating chips or crap, that I was ever so craving, and crystal light 16oz)

    Dinner chicken and broccoli with parmasean

    what do you think?????

    lol, just kidding.


    I've avoided salad dressings. Make sure to read your labels for "Corn Syrups", "High Fructose Corn Syrup" and stuff like that in the dressing.

    The gum has sugar alcohols in them which I don't think are on the induction list of acceptable things.

    But there's'a forum here where smarter and more experienced folks than me can review your menu and stuff. It's called .... "Review My Menu".

          Salad dressings with 2g carb or less per serving are acceptable during induction, but it's a good idea to read the ingredients, too.
