        Hi everyone, I'm here ..... a little late, but I'm here! Its been one lonnnnng day! Deep in ketosis, but no weight loss this week. But I did loose 4.5" so thats good. In 4 weeks I've lost 15lbs & 19.5" so I'm happy with what I've done to date. In fact I'm proud of myself!

        And speaking about being proud ..... Sandy, you look fantastic. What a noticeable difference that 16lbs has made to your abdomen and also your face. You look years younger already! Imagine how you'll look with the next 16lbs!

            Quick in and out, have tons of work today! and a neighbor to deal with...

            Anyway, glad to see everyone is doing well!

            The way I remember if a squash is winter or summer is that winter squashes (higher carbs) are the ones that can be stored for months... spaghetti squash is a winter, but can have on induction, thank goodness..

                    hey - thanks you all for your kind words y'day (on my wah! moment).

                    Checking in late, but I jumped on the scale today and have lost 4 lbs in water weight (apparently) since y'day. Hooray for green tea.

                    Glad to hear about your mom, Sheepie, and your pants, Arkimatt (well, glad they are so big - I hope your underwear was the kind your mom would approve of!), and the size 10 pants and the size 4 skirt.

                    I'm just looking forward to fitting into my size 26 demin capris from lane bryant (almost there - hopefully only another week or 2) and my size 24 dickies capris (they run small, so it'll be a while longer).

                    swearing off nuts, watching the salt and taking it easy on the diet soda.

                    All is well!
