    ok...I found where I read it...I read it here, go figure. Not the part about the bcps but I think I got that becuase psyllium husks warn about the effects on bcps.

      Happy Friday everyone.
      Oh no Matt.... a lot of people think this is a crash diet, but it leading to diabetes? Did you tell them there's no sugar allowed?

      I've been extremely hungry for the past few days and don't know why or what's triggering this. Every food commercial I see looks good, especially Dairy Queen's. I'm beginning to miss all those things, and don't know why this has started but I wish it would stop. I am overeating big time, all legal, but my calorie intake it sky high. Anyone got any recipes suggestions for something as good as Dairy Queen? Is so, throw it my way.

      Hope all the Mothers, and the soon to be Mothers, have a nice day Sunday.

        Mickey...don't blow it for yourself! 22 grams of carbs in one DQ cone....you don't really want that do you?
        Have a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese and splenda and you'll be good.

          Matt, all I have to say is BUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

          I also am having MAJOR SWEET cravings!! I need a fix bad and I am at work, and all there is, is a vending machine full of crap and a giant chocolate chip cookie calling my name! HELP!

              I tried that and couldn'tr stomach it Lisa..
              I dunno what to do. I need to invent a sweet snack, or better yet, venture over to the snack section and see what I can find

              No cracking tomorrow is measure day! I didn't even get my workout in today like I wanted, so as long as its not raining when I get home, i may try and go for a run.

                      Ok…quick question. Is the Muffin in a minute induction legal? Thought I read somewhere that flax (I got milled flax seed) was a no no during induction or maybe it was it can cause stalls or affect bcps…not sure what I read really but I stopped making the flax cookies the first time because of it. Give me your thoughts on the muffin in a minute cause I just ran to wal-mart on my lunch break and got all the stuff to make one. I don’t have splenda just stevia plus…think that is ok?

                          I have a sweet craving too.. We ate at Chick Fil A today and you don't know how bad I wanted one of there milkshakes...it looked so yummy.. But I just ate my Chargrilled Chicken Salad like a good girl..lol

                              We were talking about my diet at lunch today and my major professor pointed out the painfully obvious. She pointed out that she has never seen me eat a healther diet, much less how horrible the food they were eating was. She also made the statement that i have lost 45 lbs, i look healthier than i ever have, and even the quality of my research has improved. Being able to tell people they are being stupid is nice, listening to someone they respect do it for you is so much better.
