!! Is anyone else frustrated by the incorrect carb counts on Fitday? I'm having a hard time finding the exact foods that I'm eating (not sure why plain scrambled eggs aren't on there). And, when I do find them--the carb count is not the same as in other carb counters (like Atkins). Fitday lists 3 scrambled eggs as having 5 carbs. Atkins says that it would be more like 1.8.
That's a major discrepancy when you're on induction (day4). How do you solve it? Enter all of your foods as custom? Thanks for your help!
