Dry Brushing: Using a natural bristle brush (preferably with a handle) you brush the skin in hopes of circulating lymph and moving waste out of your system. The different body areas/parts are brushed either with circular motions, or strokes that go towards the heart. It's good for firming/tightening skin, improving immune system health, and "detoxing" the body.
