    hey Skinny I think I have the same thing you do. was sick 10 days ago and now sore throat and a little queezy from that drainage. not hungry not eating as much as I should. On the bright side am down to 1 cup of coffee in the morning.

          Good morning!

          Am with ya'll on the "cheat" situation. I have done just that on occasion, and am ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS sorry I did it. It's why all of us are here the second (or more) time around.

          Nowadays, I compare cheats to taking a long road trip. Everytime you cheat, it's like pulling off of the highway onto a dirt road with no signs or markers. The more you do it, the longer the journey gets until you forget why you're even doing it....and eventually, after so many times, the more likely you are to get lost and not find your way back. I so don't want to lose sight of all of this again. Having hope is EVERYTHING!!!!

              Oh boy, the GUILT!!!

              Oh, and thanks for the muffin in a minute recipe....I'd rather have savory in the am, so I omitted the splenda and cinnamon and added a shake of onion powder...sliced it up like a roll and put cream cheese and bacon on it...YUM!!!

                      Hey All!!!

                      I'm on the "NO CHEATS" bandwagon. Sorry if that's a dirty word, Scooter. I just believe that either with this WOL you have to **it or get off the pot. Do it or don't do it. It's that simple. I look to the goalies for my inspiration, and one thing they have in common is that they are 100% dedicated to this WOL. I want to be one of them someday!

                      Well I'm feeling pretty good today, my size 12s are falling off me, I might be on the brink of being a REAL size 10! I've got to drink my gallon of water today--yesterday I did not have my gallon and I really felt it. Today for lunch I had a special treat--a sandwich with 2 pieces of whole grain flax/sunflower seed bread! Usually if I eat a "sandwich" it's one piece of bread cut in half. I've got to do something to get my carbs up to 80g everyday.

                      So I am feeling groovy on this gorgeous sunny day, and I'm totally excited for Kickboxing tonight! I'm gonna kick some butt...probably my own.

                        speedyturtle - that is exactly it, the drainage I guess is giving me a stomach ache. I had bacon and eggs for breakfast, and a big salad with feta and ranch for lunch so I'm feeling better but still not very hungry. I don't want to have my body grab on and not let go of fat....maybe I'll have tacos in cheese shells tonight for dinner, that should help get those calories up lol!

                        I went to the mall today and I must say......being able to shop and put things on and LIKE THE WAY I LOOK - wow. Just wow. It's incredible

                        I did realize that I really need to do the exercise though. I've been pretty slack on that with the exception of one week. Losing weight is not going to tone up my "had three kids" stomach and I'm pretty happy with the way I look right now except that area and my lurve handles. So back to the exercise I go......

                          I have to tell you, I was really tired this afternoon when I got home from school and was really dragging my feet about exercising - just kind of hanging out in the living room. But my ds (who's autistic and really into routine) said, "But Mom, you have to exercise!" He likes to come in the room and kind of dance around while I do Turbo Jam - he likes the music! What a great motivator! So, he's my new exercise partner!

                          Thanks, everyone, for the birthday wishes! It was very nice to hear, especially since my dh forgot until almost noon! I got a voicemail just before lunch, "I'm so sorry!!!!"

                          I cheated a couple of days ago and even though it was just some gravy, I felt horrible. I am definitely on the "NO CHEAT" wagon!

                                Hello, I'm late too. I tried to post this morning, but went and posted quickly in the exercise challenges first and then when I tried to post here it said I wasn't allowed to post unless I had 50 seconds between posts! Yah ok. Then I tried to get on at lunch and it said the server was busy....Yeesh.
