    Good Morning All!


    First day back on plan! I'm so excited to start fresh. I drank 1litre of water so far, had a mock danish for breakfast and my nasty headache is starting to recede.

    It's going to be a good day!

      Hey! What's happening with all of us poor old STAC people? Lots of down moods today~~the planets must be out of alignment!

      Have you ever heard that saying that when women hang out together their TOM all starts happening at the same time for everyone? I think that's happening to us! ha ha....wow, the cloud of PMS seems to have moved in here.
      Well, not much to be done for a blue day, but just get through it. Don't give in to it, you guys are all stronger than that!

      I'm really glad that so many of you were interested in the water challenge! I'm looking forward to seeing the results at the end.

        It's true, the planets are out of alignment....or something feels wrong, for me too today. Not much here, just wanted to say hello and keep on trying everyone. It just feels like a losing battle to me. I want to give up, but I'm trying to hang on. Hope everyone has a good day.

          I am def feeling out of sorts. I had all kinds of annoying things go wrong today. I just took a nap though as I slept terribly last night and hopefully that will set things right. Still doing fine with my eating, that is the one thing keeping my head on today is knowing that I need to stick with my routine......

            I'm in and drinking water. I hope everyone starts feeling better. I'm re-committing to sticking better with the plan. I had a problem with pre-bought chocolate chip cookie dough this weekend. It's been in the fridge, but hidden. Daughter got it out and left it in sight. I didn't resist quickly enough. I finally threw the container away! My kids were a little bummed, but I told them anything that tempts me has to disappear. Hoping for a better day.

              lol on everyone having TOM together..that is why we NEED Scooter back..he will keep us in line... I just got back from the grocery store and spent over $200... I bet people were looking in my cart going OH MY GOSH..no wonder she is fat...Heavy Cream...Full Fat Cream Cheese (3 packs), Full Fat Mayo, 5 packs of cheese...lol Sour Cream....

                Hey all!

                Geez, I'll break the pattern and say that I'm having a GREAT day today! Today was the 1st day of summer school (which runs for the month of June) and I'm an aide for the 3rd/4th grade class. The day went smoothly, the kids were happy, and all is well.

                I went for a run before work this morning, taking it easy on my knee, and only did 2 miles. It felt great to be out and running again! My knee is a little bit agitated, so I'll take tomorrow morning off and run again on Wednesday.

                Tonight I'm going to Boot Camp class, and then I have my first meeting for the Beach Volleyball league I joined. Wish me luck, I haven't played volleyball since HS gym class!!

                  hi everyone, i was running late this morning and didn't have time to check in. my day was ok. when i got home from work i took my dog to the dogpark to run and we were only there 10 minutes before it started to pour down rain. so, we made a mad dash for the car and are home now enjoying the lightening...

                  i am doing well. this time around i have been planning and it makes a huge difference! i also have been eating different things for breakfast besides traditional breakfast food and this is helping me stay legal too. i am still battling headaches though. other than that, life is grand.

                    Yeah, isn't it weird how the few men that we had seemed to disappear all around the same time? Haven't heard from Scooter, Arkiematt, or WarOnTypeII for a while now. They must be busy...

                      Hello, All! Checking in late... Sorry that so many started their days off badly. I hope your days got better as they went along. My day has been OK so far. My weight was up again, so that kind of sucks, but I know I am eating healthy and I am exercising like crazy, so I am not going to be down about that. I am a little nervous, though, because I have to go bathing suit shopping on Monday. I know skinnymom did that this weekend... but I am sooooo dreading it. I swear I don't look as bad in my own bathroom as I do in the fluorescent lights at the store. I always just end up feeling bad about myself. I have gone on many vacations, though, without ever getting in the pool because I didn't want anyone to see me in my swim suit. I just decided I wasn't going to do that this year...

                        Ann - it does suck. But I tell you it's WAY better after you've lost some weight. I bet you will be pleasantly surprised. I was very happy with the way I looked - I don't look buff and thin but for a mom of three kids 7 and under I look pretty darn good LOL!

                          Hey all! I know its not morning anymore but here I am anyway. Im sorry everyone is feeling so down today! Hope tomorrow is better for you all. I lost another pound so I'm thrilled! Getting closer and closer to my goal weight. Yeah! Couldnt do it without all of you!

                              (((ANN))) You are 155lbs..You can't look that bad in a suit..You just have to find the right suit.. I put this big body in a suit..but it looks decent on me.. I can't remember the brand..but its made to help you look better..of course I spent $70 on it.. I decided a LONG time ago...that I wasn't going to give up something that I love..like the water..because of my size.. When you go places like a Water Park there are soooooooooo many women that are many different shape and sizes... And I can bet there will be many women that look worse then you.. When you go and try on suits.. Tell yourself..This is a body that deserves to have some fun
