    The first time I weighed myself it went to 205 (SW).. the next week 195.. the next 195 again... .. I don't own a scale so I always go to a friends to weigh myself .. but last night I was at Wal-mart and felt really curious.. so I did.. In every single one I tried I was around 180.. the thing is that I don't look like lost 25 pounds at all.

    .. well today I'm gonna buy my scale and start from the weight it says tonight.. or tomorrow morning that is.


    So I'm kinda happy but doubtful at the same time Ok have a great weekend people!!

      Wow! Congratulations skinnymom, michelle and daniejim on your very impressive weight loss. I'm trying to get ready to leave for vacation here and have been kind of slacking off on my exercise. Trying to talk myself into doing Pilates and then getting on the elliptical... I've been drinking a diet soda every day too, which I just started in the last week or so. Bad habit that I need to break!

        hi everyone...i had a late night too...very late, as in not a lot of sleep at all and so i didn't check in this morning...in fact, i was so tired this morning that i forgot to put in my contacts...AND i didn't realize this ALL DAY! yeah, that's right...didn't even notice. anyway, i am struggling with my water too...big time. that's about it from here...off to sleep!

          I've been thinkin about my wt loss stall... I think it's the coffee, which I have with cream and splenda. If I give that up I think it will help... also with aches and pains...
          gonna give it a go tomorrow. Green tea for me.
          Am totally exhausted tonight. Going to bed early.
