    Checkin in and headin down to do the treadmill for a couple of miles. Its raining here AGAIN. I'll trade some of you with all that sunshine for some rain...

    skinnymom...you're girls are bored already ...on the first day of summer vacation...I remember those days...mine are both grown now.

        hi yall!
        i went waaay over my cheese limit yesterday (10 ounces!) as TOM calling my name. annoyed with myself. will have to cut out cheese completely next couple days and keep net carbs low to make up, if that is even possible. buffy, i'm with you on the veggies!

                Morning Everyone!

                Deb checking in here. I have been naughty and not checking in for the last few days. I started induction over again two days ago and everything is going great. I am walking 30 minutes every day and throwing in some yard work too, heaven knows our yard needs it right now. We are going on vacation this weekend and will be gone for a week. I am a little bit nervous about the temptation to eat the wrong things but I am determined to keep a positive attitude that I can do it. I keep telling myself that vacation is not about the food, it is about spending time with my family and enjoying all the sights we will be seeing. Pray for me guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

                  Happy Monday All,

                  I must confess that I am way below par on the exercize end. About a month ago I found myself suffering with shin splints and extremely swollen ankles. I am nervous to start walking again but now that I have solved the swollen ankles I really need to get back on schedule. (Oh, for those of you who want to know a solution for swollen ankles.....Mickkey suspected salt intake so I cut salt out and PRESTO! Ankle problem solved) In one week we are headed to the Outer Banks for a 2 week vacation. We are very active so I am not worried about weigh gain and falling off plan. I actually usually loose weight so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to move my scale (DOWN!) when I return. It has been stuck since my 2 week induction but I fell better and will not eat carbs, Period.

                          Good Monday afternoon everyone.. I had such a busy Sunday that I didn't come home...lol I was at a campground and spent the night in one of the motels.. I was so tired last night and didn't feel like driving..

                          I went to a graduation party where I had to take a dish.. I was the ONLY one that brought a dish.. It was the most unprepared party that I had ever been too.. The parents fixed Hotdogs..and Had a cake and Smores stuff.. Fortunately for me I had fixed a HUGE broccoli salad.. There was a bag of doritios there..

                          So of course when I woke up this morning I thought..what in the world am I going to eat.. Well they let us hit the kitchen (where I work part time) and I wanted to cheat..cause we can have anything.. But instead I went to the staff shelf and got eggs, bacon and Sausage out..There were left over pancakes too...but I didn't touch them..

                          So monday's are my weigh day for another group I am in..and I wasn't home to weigh.. And of course I get home and TOM came for a visit so I won't be weighing..

                            Hi everyone,
                            Sandy, sounds like a lot of challenges... good for you staying strong!
                            I gave up coffee. today is day two. my husband always makes a big pot. after he left for work I poured it out so I wouldn't be tempted. Had green tea instead. so far no headaches.... good.
                            Went to yoga, biked 5 miles. getting ready to have some veggies. can't wait!
                            I have a family reunion type dinner tonight at a restaurant .... I should be fine.
