    Good morning!!!!

    Up and at 'um. So, have you all been feeling the changes in your body? I'm so noticing that my body is shrinking. It feels good! I keep invisioning how I look at my natural weight and acting as if I'm already there.

    This helps my mental attitude. So, in the theme of AS IS I'm going to sign off today as,

    Good morning. Just a quick check in before I leave on vacation. I weighed in early this week and had a 0.8 pound weight loss. I won't weigh again until the 25th, so I hope the scales move! I'm off to South Carolina. Have a great next week, Everyone!

      I am Frumpy Sandy...lol That is how I feel this morning...lol Its cloudy here...but cooler YAY... We are headed to Busch Gardens today.. Kids are meeting a bunch of their friends and I have to supervise.. Its the last day of Public School around here..so that means everything will be crowded again..

        I am focused-Jess! Focusing on my exercise goals of the month, and keeping my exercise levels up for the big 10k race in july. I am focusing on getting more things accomplished today that have to be accomplished! So focus is the key word for me.

          Hey cool! A new photo of Jess! I love seeing those photos!

          Sandy, you mean you're doing all these things and school isn't even out yet? How is anyone going to be able to keep up with you once school's out? Yikes!

          Last night I talked to an old friend on the phone. We got into an argument about my goal weight. She thinks it's too low! Here I am, still over 200lbs, and arguing about being too thin! I don't know about her, but I thought it was ridiculous! Over the past year or so, she's gone from a size 22 to a size 16, so I do have to give her some credence.

          Vitamin. Gotta remember the vitamin.

            Good morning all! It looks like rain is possible today, and we actually need it here, so bring it on. I have to work all day anyway, so it doesn't bother me much. I am just trying to remain focused on eating the right things that my body needs - lots of healthy veggies. Lunch is at Luby's cafeteria today - a Thursday routine with a co-worker - I always look forward to it.

            Better get going, lots to do. Hope everyone has a blessed day.

              Well I guess I'm distracted Michelle. Its been a rough couple of days. Lots going on in my personal life and @ work. I just feel kinda overwhelmed right now. I am still motivated to do this-I promised I wouldnt quit no matter what I was going through. Sometimes its just hard to stay focused.

              I hope everyone else is doing ok and staying on track. I'm looking forward to a relaxing weekend...and a lot less stress. Tommorrow is a new day right?

                Morning...I would like to be "Motivated MorningGlory" but I really feel like "Moaning MorningGlory" today. This is day 10 I think of rain. This is our rainy month, and I keep telling myself that, but it gets to be a bit old after a while!
                However, things could be worse too.
                I'm going to buy some nice fresh veggies after work today, stock up on the good stuff and get motivated again.
                Did a lot of walking yesterday....we're in a corporate pedometer challenge at work, so everyone is very motivated to beat the competition! It's a pretty fun thing for companies to do actually!
                Well....the cat has just come in soaking wet so I'll go find her a towel.

                  Morning I am going back to basics for a couple of days, the scale says I am up another pound. Its gotta be the cottage cheese that I am adding a little bit of peaches to for breakfast and have been snackin some on nuts. Cutting those 2 out for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I must decide not to freak out over 2 pounds. Must keep a positive mind frame. Am working on a better body image, in my mind I am much bigger than I am. I like the idea of thinking slim.

                    Well I guess I am GRUMPY JULIE. I just feel down and grumpy and sullen. I miss my old friends from Michigan. And living in this small town, my boyfriend and I haven't made any new friends to speak of. Everybody already has their friends, and it seems like locals don't take too kindly to "outlanders".

                    But, Atkins-wise, everything is fine. I feel leaner and I'm hoping for a good weigh-in tomorrow.

                      Mornin Everyone

                      Wow, I really had to think on this one...I would like to be known as Organized Sweet Strudel, because the key to this WOE is to be organized and have the right foods in the house, it takes lots of planning. Right now I have a lot of good foods in my fridge and I have stuff prepared that I can just grab like cooked chicken breast, hard boiled eggs and lots of raw veggies.

                      Even though I have stuck to the "food" part of the program, for the last few days I haven't done any treadmill work, so that isn't good. I've just been so busy with business (there you should call me Frustrated Sweet Strudel), and running errands with my daughter that by the time I know it, the day is over. I think I'm mentally drained from the business dealings I am involved with at the moment. But, no excuses!

                      Morning Glory...its raining here too, well off and on rain for the next 3 days. It really does effect my mood. Makes me feel very lethargic. I can't wait until we start to get some real summer here too. Although all I can think of is with this rain then heat the mosquitoes are going to be horrendous!!!!

                      Ok, well everyone take care and have a legal day!

                        Good Morning, Everyone...

                        I am "Morphing Mitzi."

                        Got my 3 mile walk in this morning, and am happy to have that part of exercise out of the way. It hits about 95 here everyday, with afternoon showers, which turn my subtropical part of the world into a steambath.

                        Sandy! Please don't call yourself Frumpy Sandy. You need to ditch the negative self talk, girl. Are you using your affimations from the I AM WORTH IT challenge? I want to give you one of mine... Great effort springs naturally from great attitude. You've come a long way! Feel proud, beautiful, and WORTH IT!

                        Jess - thanks for the new picture. Outstanding!

                        It's good to hear from everyone. I hope you all have a great, productive day.

                            I guess i'll be "Staying Strong Jenna" today. I'm on day 11 of re-induction and feeling great. Monday the 18th will be my 2 week point. I'm craving diet coke but so far i've been able to avoid it. I hope everyone has a great day. Talk with you all later!
