    Well Finally I am here to start a roll call... Haven't done that in a while.. I am so motivated today... I FINALLY hit my 25lb mark...YAY for me... Its been a long time coming..

    I just wanted to say Good Morning and have a great Legal Day!

      Yay for 25lbs Sandy -WTG!!!

      Morning to all, rather stressful couple of days around here. I've not had much an appetite because of it. Guess that's better than having cravings.

        Congrats on the 25lbs Sandy. Sorry to hear things are so stressful for you Karen. Good for you though not cheating.
        I'm here today, working from home again which is great. Going to look at desks today, as need to work on my ergonomics of laptop usage. My neck and back are not thanking me for my literal usage of LAPtop working!

          Hi all:

          Buffy here. Today my motivation is low. I'm tired because I've been getting up so early to run and I think it has all caught up with me. I know that it is temporary. I got into some ilegal food yesterday and so today I'm upping my awareness. I'm also up 3 lbs.

          I'm telling myself, it's a process and there will be ups and downs.

          Cheers to everyone, I'm going to down some water.

            Great news Sandy!! I'm so proud of you!! Excellent way to start the day!!

            Hello friends, Scooter here, still kicking and moving strong. No Caffiene for 2 days! Woo Hoo!!!

            The Headaches have subsided and I've had no cravings. Oddly, eating a bit more, but have to keep an eye on that too.

            Sometimes I think this plan is so easy, other times (like now) it's a *****!!!! haha.

            Anyway, adjusting as always. So good to be back, and fun to post again.

            Remember, plan your day, follow your goals, focus on the now!!

            That's all the words of wisdom from the Scootman......great to be back!!

            Sandy, once again, congratulations on 25 pounds!! You are rockin' lady!!!!!

              Well done on dropping the caffiene Scooter - it's not easy - I did it last week and had bad headaches even though I didn't have it every day before that!

                WOW! Sandy, I wish I could lose 25 pounds.

                Has anyone purchased the Keto sticks? I bought them last night and it turned moderate purple, kind on in the middle of the colors. I'm still 162 lbs...no weight loss since the 11th of June. Is it possible to be in ketosis and not lose weight? I dont drink al. and i'm following everything by the book, lots of water, lots of veggies, no artificial sweetners etc.....and i worked out last night 45 min...

                ARRGHH!!!!! I feel like Charlie Brown...just venting over here.....

                My family is so not supportive of me at this point, they still think i'm crazy.

                  Yeah Sandy!!!! Whoo Hoo!! That's so great to be down 25 lbs! All your hard work and determination is paying off!
                  Morning everyone! Not usually up this early. Got up and discovered strange boy (friend of son's) sleeping on the couch... so after covering him with blanket now trying to be quiet... and figure out what to do with myself. Planning to go to Yoga at 8:30. Was going to quilt but all quilt stuff is next to sleeping boy...
                  Once the sun comes out may go outside and work in yard...
                  Going back to induction today after yesterday's birthday binge with box of chocolates. Still can't believe I did that. I guess we're never safe from ourselves.
                  Maybe if hubby wakes up, I'll clean the closets.

                    Karen, sorry about the stress. You're probably right - better to have loss of appetite rather than cravings.

                    Yeah, Carmel... laptops can kill your back. Happy desk shopping.

                    Buffy It sounds like that early running may have caught up with you. I hate being tired. You're right, you know... there will be ups and downs. The trick is not getting stuck in the "downs." You are going to be fine.

                    Scooterman! It is so great to feel your awesome energy around here again. Yay! No caffiene!

                      Good Morning. Great Job Sandy, nice to see you Scooter, Hang tough Buffy, I am recovering from a 2 lb gain from not really paying attention it just inched up on me. Back on track for us. I am 154 this morning and just do not want to change my ticker. I am confident it is going to be 153 by the end of the week, if not I will change it back. my losses are very slow because my (ccll)? is very low. I think I picked the right acronym for carb count to lose weight but wont swear to it. hehe

                        Hey, Speedy... you have a low CCLL? Not sure what mine is yet. It's hard figuring this stuff out sometimes. What do you think yours might be?

                          SANDY, congrats on 25 pounds gone FOREVER!

                          I'm feeling pretty good today, wide awake, ready to start the day. I'm hitting strength training hard this week, so I'm guessing my scale will be up a couple pounds too, but oh well. The end result is lean, sexy muscle, so one week with an unhappy scale number isn't going to do me in.

                            Morning all

                            Congrats Sandy on hitting the 25lb mark! Way to Go!

                            Sounds like some people are down in weight and some people are up in weight, but we are all still here and on track or back on track and thats all that counts.

                            My scale is up 1 lb too today...not sure why. Hardly ate much yesterday at all. Oh well, me thinks its a bit of water retention. No biggie.

                            Going to be a busy next 5 days for me. My brother and his fiance are coming into town today to help me tackle the "room from ****". When I moved into my house the previous owners allowed their teenage daughter to do ANYTHING she wanted with her room. Well, apparently she wanted to rip off the wallpaper and along it came a layer or two of the drywall in places. Plus for some odd reason she managed to make a hole in the wall behind the door. Anyway, if that wasn't bad enough, she then painted it a dark purple and then sponged light purple on the walls as a design. Lord its horrible. She wasn't the neatest painter and got some dark purple paint on the ceiling and also on the radiators.

                            Soooooo...its going to be a BIG job to fix this mess. I just haven't had the motivation to tackle it alone and my bro and his girl are good renovators.

                            We are going to have to fix the hole in the wall, mud the walls with drywall mud then sand it and prime it with a light paint. Then I bought some of that heavy paintable wallpaper (its beige and staying beige) and that will go on last. I will have to get some beige metal paint to paint the radiators also. Oh yeah she painted the end caps of them (which are plastic) a nice light purple too . So, those are going to have to be redone also.

                            Well it will be nice when finished but going to be a huge undertaking. I'm not so much into home renovation .

                            Ok, so thats my next few days then on Monday is my daughters grade 12 graduation banquet. I will be really glad when NEXT Friday rolls around and I have time to breath...

                            Sorry if I bored anyone with this post...hehehe.
