      Afternoon everyone, I haven't had the chance to read everyone's post but the few I've read seem like everyone is in a good mood. As am I, after reading the scales this morning and losing 2 more pounds! Yeah! Finally!

      Michelle, have you taken your measurements? You could be losing inches and the scales not registering a loss yet. If you haven't, make sure you do so you can compare later.

        good afternoon...it's my saturday and i slept in. i got up at 9, walked the daisydog, talked to a friend on the phone, took a shower, then took my dog to the dogpark so she could get a real workout! now she's dead at my feet...think i may go see a movie this afternoon. still feeling good but fighting the no appetite thing. i found that if i don't make myself eat, it catches up to me...and i'm thinking that this may be one of my first steps in my sabotage pattern...so, in the spirit of self discovery and being my own best friend, i am pledging to eat my three meals today...and to stay the course!

          This may sound REAL STUPID, but how do you take measurements? I have never done that, dont even have a tape measure, but will buy one tonight. I haven't measured yet, so i dont know if i've lost inches....i can tell you that i'm still in a size 14 and the pants are not as "snug", but still a little tight. I definatly can't get into my 12's yet.

            Michelle, it's not stupid if you've never done it before, how would you know? Here is a site that explains how:



            it states to measure every 8 weeks, but Dr. A recommends every 2 weeks at least.
